Rodel joined Empire Hospitality in 2005 as Human Resources Manager, and Operations Manager . Rodel strongly believes in fostering a positive, happy and healthy environment motivates the staff members in achieving the Company’s goals and believes in leading by example and encourages an open-door policy. With a degree in HR, Rodel has developed a strong cultural and supportive strategy to the way we foster and maintain and inclusive , safe and happy team, where everyone has a voice . Rodel is well regarded by our long-term clients for his operational support and expertise. As our Return-to-Work Coordinator and OH&S manager, Rodel is dedicated to keeping our team well and supported at all times.
