Training

Empire Hospitality staff are highly trained so as to be committed to excel consistently in their work, and are able to adapt to their specific assignments. Staff undergo a defined training programme, specific to their assignment. Training is undertaken in conjunction with the client in order to ensure that the client’s objectives, goals and expectations are met.

The training process is ongoing and constantly reviewed by Empire Hospitality in conjunction with the client. The importance that Empire Hospitality places on training and development ensures that all staff fully understand the expectations of the client and their hotel, so as to ensure a delivery of service as if the staff were employed directly by the client.
